I use a high-accountability approach that includes health and well-being coaching, as well as meditation sessions and a safe-space for expression of painful situations. Using these methods, I will hold space for you in dealing with your current life, while carving a plan together that leads you on your own personal journey in regards to your health, well-being, and healing.
By the end of our work together, you will be equipped with tools to help you make lasting transformations to your health and well-being, and you will have built the ability to navigate through life with a new sense of awareness and connection to yourself.
